Business Manager is the gateway to all things Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including merchandising, administration, and site development capabilities. In our case, even SEO functionalities.
When you log into your Staging instance, depending on your architecture, you’ll be greeted with a few options. You’ll have to select which site you’d like to work on, from there you’ll be greeted with “Welcome to Business Manager”.
Once you’re on the site you want to work on, you’ll have to hover over “Merchant Tools”. At the bottom left-hand corner, you’ll see a section called “SEO”; this is the portal we’ll be working on to configure our various Commerce Cloud SEO settings.
We’ll be walking through the modules within the SEO portal as well as other settings found within Categories, Products, and Content assets.
